P.Y.Tang wins for XRAY-ORCA-BLITZ at RCMC EP Open Race (December 16, 2012)
RCMC organized its first EP race this year at the huge nitro racetrack at PA East Coast, Singapore. Last race that the club organized any EP race was about 2 years ago. However, entries to this event were larger than expected with over 50 entries in both Modified Class and FF Class. Everyone was very eager to run in this huge track.

ORCA-powered ARC R10 and BLITZ XFR win at TP RCSC Sundown (December 7, 2012)
ORCA wins at the first TP RCSC Sundown race hosted by RCSC, an RC club at Temasek Polytechnic Sinagpore. Testing on the ARC R10 for this off-season event, P.Y.Tang took TQ and win over Jonathan Ho and Esmail in the Super Stock 17.5T Boost.

BLITZ XFR took TQ and win at PMTC E/P Modifed Class by Team Serpent Fai Ho (December 20, 2012)
BLITZ XFR 190mm Racing Bodyshell took TQ and Win at PMTC E/P Modified race by Fai Ho from Team Serpent Hong kong. There was a total of 120 drivers in the race with 60 drivers in the Modified Class.

Still with a fresh memory, I have decided to write a short report on my experience at the Tamiya World Championships 2012, for us the international drivers, probably a once in a lifetime chance to participate in this event. Special thanks to Andrew Law (Stargek Singapore), Daryl Thong (Assistant), Leonard Sim (2012 Tamiya Asia Cup M-Chassis Champion) and of course Soo (my wife) for the great support and a great trip to Japan!

Annual 2012 Manila Touring Car Championships was held at JP Raceway on December 12, 2012. Super Stock 13.5T was highly contested with Mikey Garcia coming on top of the class.

Team Singapore at ORCA Asia Final Championships 2012 (November 25, 2012)
First ever ORCA Asia Final Championships 2012 was held at the Kota Raja Race Track in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 24-25 November 2012. Representing Team Singapore at the event was P.Y.Tang, Quek Howjiang, Dominic Quek, Hasron, Tony Neo, Esmail and Daryl Thong.

Alexander Hagberg took the time after the IFMAR 1/10 200mm World Championships in Bangkok, to join the ORCA Asia Final Championships 2012 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a guest driver, Alexander Hagberg took an impressive win with his ORCA-powered XRAY T4, TQ and winning all qualifying rounds and first two finals over the home-ground drivers Azri Amri and Jackie Siow from Team ORCA.
