XPERT takes 3rd in 4WD Buggy Open at 2014 NOOB Series Round 2

Team Xpert driver P.Y.Tang recently attended the NOOB Series 2 at Raceworks Hobbies Singapore which had 3 mains in the 4WD Buggy entry. Due to his commitment in on-road racing, P.Y.Tang last outing on series off-road racing was in 2012, while he decided to join the 2014 series, also missing the Round 1 because of attending TITC in Bangkok.

New event this year, 2013 BIRC or Bangkok International RC Championships, organized by Xenon, was held at the new Huge RC Circuit in Thailand. Most drivers considered this race as a pre-TITC event arrived in Bangkok to test their cars and to know more of the track which is owned and managed by former IFMAR World Champion Surikarn. Classes to be competed in Modified, 13.5T Boost, 13.5T Non-Boost and Formula with Scotty Ernst as race director.

XRAY-ORCA-BLITZ P.Y.Tang TQ & wins 2013 Johor Indoor Carpet Master

Johor Indoor Carpet Master 2013 was held at Pontian, a small town in the south western Peninsula Malaysia. Organized by Mr. Ken Ng, a local resident and XRAY driver, the event was very successful attracting over 80 entries with many fast drivers attending from the Peninsula Malaysia, East Malaysia and Singapore.

XRAY-ORCA-BLITZ podium at 2013 Raceworks Elite Series Round 4

Going into Round 4 of the Raceworks Elite Series, Team XRAY Singapore's P.Y.Tang and E.C.Wee was very eager to get good results in this round, after missing out the podium for a DNS and DNF in the only qualifying run in Round 3. Rain disrupted the start of the race in the morning causing delays until around afternoon when the first qualifying was started where some parts of the track was still damped.
