Chee Lip Keong finished 3rd at the recent RCMC Singapore Nitro On-Road 2011 National Series Round 4 in the 1/8 On-Road Nitro Class taking H-Energy and himself to the podium for the first time in the nitro category. Chee Lip Keong's Mugen is powered by the H-Energy Life 1400Mah Receiver Stick Pack, the exact same power source used by Tom Goh in the 1/10 On-Road Nitro Class who also finished on the podium. The H-Energy Life stick pack now is also 3mm shorter as feedback by many drivers for easier fitting.

Tom Goh finishes on podium for H-Energy & Xray at the RCMC Singapore 1/10 Nitro On-Road 2011 National Series Round 4 (June 26, 2011)

H-Energy powered and Team Xray Singapore Tom Goh has informed us that he recently attended the RCMC Singapore Nitro On=Road 2011 National Series Round 4 at the PA Campsite Race Track in Singapore. Tom Goh qualified 2nd overall and completed in the 3rd podium spot in the A-Main. Tom mentioned that it was a satisfying result after taking a short break from racing.

H-Energy podium as Chee Lip Keong took 2nd in 4WD GT at Tamiya Asia Cup Qualifying Singapore Qualifying Round 4 (June 12, 2011)

Reported by H-Energy supported driver Chee Lip Keong, he took 2nd podium spot in the recent Tamiya Asia Cup Singapore Qualifying Round 4 at Big Splash East Coast Park Singapore. Chee Lip Keong finished in respectable 2nd after some close calls in the finals. Still enroute for the Tamiya Asia Cup Finals 2011, this year it will be held in Singapore Scape at the busy street of Orchard Road.

15-year old Daryl Thong running ORCA-powered TT01 completing consecutive podium finishes, 3rd in Super Stock Class at the Tamiya Asia Cup Singapore Qualifying 2011 Round 4. Daryl Thong aiming to qualify for this year Tamiya Asia Cup Finals in Singapore Escape Park, plans to improve his skills as much as he can before the finals in October 2011.

P.Y.Tang takes first for ORCA in 4WD GT Class at Tamiya Asia Cup Singapore Qualifying 2011 Round 4 (June 12, 2011)

Tamiya Asia Cup Singapore Qualifying Round 4 was held at the Big Splash Playground at East Coast Park Singapore. Crowd gathered around the temporary race track for a 2-day event with a 3-hour endurance race held on the Saturday weekend and, the TAC qualifying on Sunday. Traction level was very low as the cement track surface posed a lot of issue to many drivers.



In the qualifying rounds of 4WD GT, P.Y.Tang set the pace with the only 21 laps when the morning traction was still better, held the TQ position. Chee Lip Keong managed to improve his laptimes into the qualifying rounds after changing to a more manageable power gear ratio took 2nd position from the pole. E.C.Wee who sufferred from understeer in his TB03 could not improve allowing William AJ to qualify 3rd.

In the Final A-Mains 4WD GT, it was all heading into the favour of P.Y.Tang who took all 3 finals, and also improved his laptimes to 13.676s after making a slight change in his tire treatment process. Chee Lip Keong who took the lead in Final A2 after P.Y.Tang overshot the first corner, had a good dogfight but eventually buckled under tremendous pressure by P.Y.Tang in the final minute. Chee Lip Keong settled for 2nd overall and William AJ ran a consistent run to finish 3rd overall.

Orca's Azri Amri TQ and topped 1-2-3 podium at Malaysia National Championships EP Touring Round 2 (May 29, 2011)

It was informed to us that Azri Amri of Team Orca had dominated the Malaysia National Championships EP Touring Round 2 in the ProStock 10.5T class. 7 Orca drivers made it to A-Main ProStock 10.5T with Azri Amri, Jackie Siow and Michael Lo topped the podium spots. The second round of the most prestigious EP event in Malaysia was held at the Kota Raja RC Track in Klang Valley just off of the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur with 110 entries registered for the race in 4 classes of ProStock 10.5T, SuperStock 17.5T (Timing/Boost), Stock 17.5T (Zero Timing/Boost) and Mini 2WD. Organized by RCAC EP Committee, the next round will be held in Trengganu up central east side of Peninsular Malaysia.
