2013 BRCA electric touring car championship with ORCA-powered Team Durango Touring Car star Elliott Harper, has returned from the first round of the UK National series with a TQ and win. Elliot Harper dominated the event and with another record smashed to dust! Elliot uses ORCA speedo, motor and batteries!
