H-Energy-Orca-Robitronic in Action at the HPI Drift Challenge Round 8 (October 17, 2010)





The HPI Drift Challenge 2010 concluded the last round of 8 at the S.K. Rivervale Blk 186 MPH on October 17, 2010. This is one of the major drift series in Singapore organized by Tai Sing Corporation which overall top 2 winners by point system will be sponsored air tickets and accommodation to the HPI All Asia Finals 2010. Kenny Wu and the Team Drift Evolution, Aaron Seeto, Jun Han and Jeffry Tay put up a good show and accomplished great results for Orca, H-Energy and Robitronic.




Kenny Wu (left) finished in A-Main 4th, powering his Robitronic Avid V2 using the Orca Vritra VC4 Pro-Spec ESC and H-Energy 5000 40C 7.4V High Performance LiPo and H-Energy 4000 25C 7.4V LiPo Stick Pack. Kenny also added that he used the Orca Power Booster this round which helped him to maintain the battery voltage much better keeping a more consistent power during the competition.




Aaron Seeto (left) finished at a respectable A-Main 8th in his H-Energy 5000 40C High Performance 7.4V LiPo powered Robitronic Avid V2. Aaron also uses the Orca VC4 Pro-Spec ESC to give him the necessary boost in the competition.




Jeffry Tay (left) TQ and finished 3rd overall in the A-Main. He uses the high power H-Energy 5500 50C High Performance 7.4V LiPo to give him the extra surge that he feels is very important in drifting competition.


Jun Han (left) a recent new owner of the Robitronic Avid V2 finished in A-Main 2nd.


Kevin Chong unfortunately did not finished in the A-Main, which he usually do, had to retire early. Kevin is equipped with the ZTW 60A Version 2.0 ESC and ZTW 5000 35C LiPo.
