2013 ROCS (Raceworks On-Road Singapore Championships) completed its 2nd season with two classes competing for the champion in ORCA Superstock Class is a 13.5T boosted class and ORCA Spec 17.5T no-boost class. ORCA Singapore sponsors the winner of each class to participate in the ORCA Finals, tentatively to be held in Bangkok.
In the ORCA Superstock 13.5T, attracting the most entries in the event, Daryl Thong took the overall win, followed by Alan Pang and Colin Tong.

Alan Cher won the overall series in ORCA Spec 17.5T, followed by Chua Joo Kiah and Yiming. The ORCA Spec 17.5T runs the ORCAQ Spark ESC as control ESC, with the choice of ORCA RX2 17.5T or the ORCA TX 17.5T as the control motor, with a control KV at 2350.
