ARC R10 2013 TQ and wins 37th GTR Race in Taiwan

ARC R10 2013 TQ and wins at 37th GTR Race in Taiwan by Team ARC driver Howard Cho. Howard TQ the Modify Class, and TQ with win in the Stock Class.

Howard stated that he used the same setup for both cars with the only difference was using the Blitz WRX in the modify class, and the Blitz TSX in the stock class.
